The Seminar on Multiculturalism will meet for the first time on Tuesday, September 13, at 14-16. Please note that the seminar room has changed: the seminar will meet in room E325 (NOT in E323, like the earlier email notice stated) in the Department of Media Studies, the 3rd floor of the Minerva building at Kaivokatu 12. Welcome!

The organizers would like to thank the students and guest lecturers who attended the Seminar on Multiculturalism in Spring 2011! The seminar continues again in the Fall semester of 2011. The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 13, at 14-16 (seminar room E325, Media Studies, Minerva, 3rd floor, Kaivokatu 12).

On Tuesday, March 29, the Seminar on Multiculturalism meets again at 14.15 in the regular location, Room V108 Salonki, Artium building, 1st floor (Musicology), Kaivokatu 12 (T53). Mehdi Ghasemi will present his research plan titled “No Skin between Us – Walt Whitman’s Bardic Voice of Multiculturalism”. The paper is available on the course’s Moodle page.
