* Description:
H-verkko is a Finnish discussion list for all generally interested in historical and cultural research. Especially contributions to new and/or interesting methodological innovations and topics in any field of historical studies are welcome. In the discussion mainly Finnish is used but also other languages are warmly considered. Although H-verkko is mainly a discussion list, we are planning to cover various fields of normal historical research, such as accesses to electronic libraries, archives, and bulletin boards for a more effective infromation within the Finnish historical community.
H-verkko is administrated by Hannu Salmi and Heikki Lempa (see the addresses below). Our task is, however, purely technical excluding any kind of substantial editing of the contributions whatsoever.
We hope you enjoy the H-verkko. Since the discussion list is never perfect, we encourage you to send any suggestions you think could improve the technical quality and coverage of H-verkko.
